Andrew, I do not recall this, we have never refused an exchange. If the fit of the shirt you have is flawed bring or send it back and we will exchange or refund, whether or not you have worn it. If you are the customer I think you might be, was it a Roxy Music CoM shirt you had? I think you said you have a strange body shape and we agreed to look again after you had worn the shirt and washed it. In any case a refund is yours is you want it. Theo Stegers

Very disappointed with the cut and the fit of a custom printed T shirt. Neckline looks stretched. It's too low-cut in any case. Too tight under the arms. Length of sleeve is to short. Sags across the chest because of the weird neck line. Demonstrated the obvious imperfections at the shop but was refused a return. In sum, the most expensive (39) T shirt I have bought and the worst fit.

Dear Tony, If the fit of a shirt you bought is not right we will exchange it or refund you. With regards to exchanges we have a few of our old shirts available; not in all the sizes and all the colours and no mediums in any of the colours but something or other in all the other sizes. If this is something that might work we will produce the shirt you have in an old style for no charge. For the future we are considering three fits in each size and colour. The problem here is that the choices can get overwhelming, a problem that to some extent we already have especially for new customers in already having so many sizes/colours and designs. The printing is great but they have changed t-shirt suppliers. The current ones, for all that the fabric is very nice, just don't fit normal people. Very skinny arms. Pity.

Chris, Thank you for your review. Two things drove the price increases: Post - our costs have doubled since Dec 2008 when we established our old prices, the new prices include postage, the old ones quoted did not - and CoolMax fresh FX fibres. Our new shirts are uniquely made of these fibres. These fibres are between nine and ten times more expensive than the standard article but in my lengthy experience worth every penny of the net increase in the price of our shirts. No one apart from us offers shirts made of these fibres ring spun into yarns suitable for the production of t shirts in Europe, The Middle East, or Africa, EMEA in corporate speak. This is likely to apply to the whole of the world but I cannot make that claim because I don't know that there isn't someone doing as we are in Austral Asia or the Americas. But the price of the fibres makes it unlikely. The t shirt market is tending to be more commoditised than less. The pressure is on lower prices and quality rather than vice versa. We moved to these fibres because the resulting shirts are durable and enduringly comfortable in a way our old ones were not. There is a new shirt at old prices waiting for you if you are game to test my claims. And if you don't like the shirt after you have tried it we will refund you, in full, worn or otherwise. Great shirts...I have purchased many. Good customer support and very helpful. Sadly I will never purchase another since they increased the cost of a basic printed shirt from 18.00 to 29.00!!! Sadly I think they are deluded. They sell good quality shirts with cool designs...thats it! Get over yourselves.
